农机化专业卓越人才培养实训教学体系构建研究

摘　　要：根据农机化卓越人才培养目标,强化实践教学在整个人才培养过程中的地位和作用,科学设计实践教学与管理创新体系,即"主要线条的确定、运行机制的双向建设、优化课程结构、加强基本素质的培养"。增加专业综合性强、有创新有设计的实验;调整实验室建制;开放实验室;实验教学管理平台网络化;鼓励实践教学课题研究;加强校内外实习基地建设。以丰富教学活动、手段和方法,完善教学改革,培养卓越人才优秀师资队伍,对提高农机化专业卓越人才的综合素养,尤其是实践能力具有重要作用。According the training target of agricultural mechanization excellent talents, we should strengthen practice teaching sta-tus and role in the whole process of talent cultivation, scientifically design practice teaching and management innovation system, namely ＂bilateral construction of the main line and the operation mechanism, improvement of class structure and strengthen the fun - damental quality cultivation. Experiments which have higher demand on professionalism and innovative ability should be increased. The construction and establishment of laboratory should be adjusted. And the laboratory should be open. Make the experiment teach-ing management platform networked. We should encourage the subject research of practice teaching and diversify the practice bases which are located in the enterprises. Enrich the teaching activities and methods, perfect the teaching reform, train outstanding teach-ers of excellent talents. All of these measures are of great significance to improve the comprehensive quality of agricultural mecha-nization excellent talents, especially their practice ability.
