独活寄生汤加减配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨独活寄生汤加减配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法:60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者行单纯牵引治疗,观察组患者行独活寄生汤加减配合牵引治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率及并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤加减配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效显著,且治疗方法安全性高,可在临床加以推广应用。Objective to study the living by parasitic tonga the clinical efficacy of traction and reduction for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods： 60 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases each. Patients in control group pure traction therapy , observation group patients live with parasitic tonga subtraction with traction therapy , to observe the clinical effica-cy of two groups of patients. Results ： the total effective rate of observation group patients and the incidence of complications were superior to control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0 . 05 ）. Conclusion ： live with parasites of traction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral discprotrusion and tonga subtraction curative effect is distinct, and the treatment method of high safety, can be in clinical application.
