摘　　要：在老龄化进程中,我国健康养老需求迅速增长,而养老资源严重短缺,"健康养老、医养结合"前有需求引领,后有政府推动,已成为应对人口老龄化的民生大事和民生要事。本文试图在健康老龄化的全球发展背景下,较全面地解读我国医养结合养老理念和服务模式的发生、发展及其所面临的实践难题。In the aging process,the demand for old―age care in healthy ways in China is growing rapidly. However, the resources of elderly care are in great shortage. ＂ Elderly care in healthy ways＂ and ＂ combination between medical and elderly care institutions＂,on the one hand led by demands and on the other hand driven by government,has become a big and important event of people＇s livelihood to deal with the aging of population. Under the background of global development of healthy aging,the paper attempts to interpret the generation,development and problems in practice of the elderly concept and service mode of combination between medical and elderly care institutions comprehensively.
