摘  要:新医疗卫生体制改革进入深水区,公立医院面临前所未有的挑战和机遇,医院管理要适应新形势,行政管理人员的优化配置日显重要。通过文献查阅和人力资源盘点,分析A医院行政管理的人力资源现状。自2012年实施紧缩性人员配置措施以来,行政管理人员出现年龄、学历、职务、职称等结构失衡,对医院和个人均产生负向影响。结合医院实际,提出校院共建实习基地,建立进修学习网络,工作项目服务外包,管理培训生项目,内部晋升和外部引进,常态招聘等内外部人力资源配置路径,优化行政管理人力资源配置,对其他医院的人力资源配置路径提供一定的借鉴意义。New health care system entered a further period,public hospital is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. The hospital management should adapt to the new situation,and the optimal allocation of administrative personnel is more and more important. Through literature review and human resource inventory analysis,the human resource status of the administrative management of A hospital was analyzed. Since the implementation of the contractionary personnel allocation measures in 2012,the administrative personnel have been affected by the imbalance of age,educational background,seniority and title,etc.,which has negative influence on hospitals and individuals. Take the reality of hospital into consideration,puts forward the construction of practice base and work project outsourcing services,building a network of studying management trainee program,internal promotion and external introduction,normal recruitment,internal and external human resource configuration path,optimize the distribution of administrative management of human resources,provide certain reference significance to other hospital human resource allocation path.
