摘　　要：问诊是获取患者病史的最主要途径,是医生必须掌握的一项基本技能。传统的问诊教学存在诸多不足,影响问诊教学的效率。模拟问诊作为目前教学模式的主流,具有实践性强、可行性高等特点。微信作为一种快捷便利的网络交流模式,成为当前主流的通讯平台。利用微信实时互动、资源共享等优势和特点,尝试搭建微信群聊模拟问诊平台,提高学习兴趣和主动性,充分利用学生课余时间,以达到问诊的教学目标。Inquiry is not only the most important way to obtain the patient＇s valuable massage,but also a basic skill that a doctor must master. However,there are many shortcomings in traditional inquiry teaching system,which affect the efficiency. Analogue inquiry is now the mainstream of teaching system which is practical and feasible. WeChat as a fast and convenient network communication mode becomes the mainstream platform of communication. As WeChat has advantages and characteristic of reliance interaction,sharing resources and so on,we try to build a WeChat public platform of inquiry teaching system,so that to improve the learning interest and initiative,implemented a large number of communications and sharing of teaching resources. This new teaching mode may significantly improved the teaching quality and achieve the expected teaching goal.
