空巢老年糖尿病病人自我管理行为与社会支持的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解空巢老年糖尿病病人自我管理状况和社会支持情况,并分析两者的相关性。[方法]采用一般情况调查表、糖尿病自我管理活动问卷(SDSCA)、社会支持量表(SSRS)对江苏省中医院内分泌科122例住院空巢老年糖尿病病人进行问卷调查。[结果]空巢老年糖尿病病人自我管理水平较差,总分为(37.42±9.78)分,得分最高的是遵医用药(6.94分±0.63分)和饮食控制(4.89分±1.59分),其社会支持水平较低,为(35.60±7.89)分,且各个维度得分均低于国内常模。相关性研究显示:病人自我管理水平与社会支持得分呈正相关(r=0.322,P<0.05)。[结论]空巢老年糖尿病病人自我管理能力欠佳,在足部护理及坚持运动方面存在不足,其社会支持水平不高。临床护理人员应加强对病人自我护理能力和社会支持的评估,给予个性化指导,提高病人的社会支持和自我管理水平,以进一步提高病人的生活质量。Objective：To probe into the self-management status and social support of empty nest elderly patients with diabetes,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted among 122 hospitalized empty nest elderly patients with diabetes in Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM by using general questionnaire,the summary of diabetes self-care activities（SDSCA）and Social Science Research Solutions（SSRS）.Results：The self-management level of the empty nest elderly patients with diabetes was poor,and the total score was（37.42±9.78）,the highests scores were the compliance of medication（6.94±0.63）and diet control（4.89±1.59）,the social support level was low,score was（35.60±7.89）and all dimensions scores were lower than the norm.Correlation study showed that there was a positive correlation between the level of self-management and the scores of social support（r=0.322,P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The self-management ability of the empty nest elderly patients with diabetes was poor,and there was insufficient in foot care and exercising regularly,and their social support level was not high.Clinical nurses should strengthen the evaluation of patients＇ self-care ability and social support,give individualized guidance and improve their social support and self-management level,so as to further improve their quality of life.
