摘  要:[目的]构建一套适用于临床腐蚀性药物输注的外渗风险评估工具。[方法]采用查阅文献、半结构式专家访谈初拟临床静脉腐蚀性药物输注外渗风险评估指标体系,采用德尔菲专家函询法对临床36名静脉治疗专家进行问卷函询以确定指标体系。[结果]2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率分别为100.0%和94.4%,专家权威值为0.890,两轮函询肯德尔系数分别为0.236和0.408。最终形成7个一级指标、45个二级指标的临床静脉腐蚀性药物输注外渗风险评估体系。[结论]2轮专家函询意见一致性较好,结果可靠,形成了符合临床实际的静脉腐蚀性药物输注外渗风险评估体系,为临床腐蚀性药物输注的外渗风险评估提供了科学、系统的评估工具。Objective:To structure a risk assessment tool for extravasation of clinical corrosive drugs.Methods:Literature review and semi-structured expert interview were used to develop the risk assessment index system for extravasation of clinical intravenous corrosive drugs.A total of 36 clinical intravenous therapi experts were interviewed with the Delphi expert inquiry method to determine the index system.Results:The two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaire effective recovery rate were 100.0%and 94.4%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.890,the two rounds of letter consultation Kendall coefficients were 0.236 and 0.408 respectively.Finally,the risk assessment system of clinical venous drug infusion extravasation was formed with 7 first level indexes and 45 secondary indexes.Conclusions:Two rounds of expert letter consultation opinions had better consistent,and the results were reliable,and a risk assessment system for extravasation of intravenous corrosive drugs was formed.The system provided a scientific and systematic assessment tool for risk assessment of extravasation of clinical corrosive drug infusions.
