摘　　要：[目的]评价口服营养增补剂(OLNS)用于居家老年照护机构(RACFs)中痴呆病人的效果。[方法]计算机检索Cochrane Library(2016年第2期)、Cochrane Registry of Clinical Trials、MEDLINE、EMBASE、PubMed、OVID、EBSCO、Wlley Online Library、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMdisc)及万方数据资源系统,检索时间自数据库开始收录起至2016年6月,辅以手工检索相关专业杂志,筛检纳入研究的参考文献。按照纳入与排除标准选择试验,对文献质量进行严格评价和资料提取,对符合质量标准的文献进行Meta分析或描述性分析。[结果]共纳入10项研究,包括4项随机对照试验(RCT)研究,3项类实验性研究,3项观察性研究。所纳入研究探讨了OLNS的管理策略、处方问题及效果,但研究间存在差异,尤其是使用效果方面。[结论]OLNS可改善RACFs老年痴呆病人的营养状态,对缓解体重减轻有一定的帮助,可能会延缓认知功能减退的速度。护理人员需对OLNS管理给予足够重视。Objective：To evaluate the effect of oral nutritional supplement（OLNS）used for elderly patients with Alzheimer＇s disease in home care facilities（RACFs）.Methods：Computer retrieval was carried out in Cochrane Library（No2,2016）,Cochrane Registry of Clinical Trials,MEDLINE,EMBASE,PubMed,OVID,EBSCO,Wlley Online Library,CNKI,CBMdisc and Wanfang Data Resource System.Retrieval time from the database be collected to June 2016,and manual retrieval of related professional journals and screened for reference documentation in the study.According to inclusion and exclusion standard to select tests,document quality was strictly evaluated and data was extracted,document with quality standard was performed by meta analysis or descriptive analysis.Results：A total of 10 studies were included,including 4 randomized controlled trials（RCT）,3 quasi experimental study,and 3 observational studies.The study probed into management strategies,prescriptions,and effects of OLNS,but there were differences between the studies,especially the use of the effect.Conclusions：OLNS can improve the nutritional status of RACFs patients with Alzheimer＇s disease,and may be helpful to relieve weight loss,and may slow down the rate of cognitive decline.Nursing staff should pay enough attention to the management of OLNS.
