摘  要:在密实移动床离子交换系统,手动分段提取合格液存在劳动强度大、失误率高、生产效率低等问题。采用铀在线分析仪表检测并智能控制合格液分段提取过程,可准确可靠地解决水冶生产线铀合格液高效分段提取问题。智能控制合格液分段提取能有效降低原材料消耗,节约人工成本,改善生产环境,提高生产效率,在生产应用中取得了很好的效果。The manual segment extraction of qualified elution solution in the packed moving bed ion exchange equipment faces the problems of high labor intensity,high failure ratio and low production efficiency.Therefore,uranium on-line analytical instrument and intelligently controlled segment extraction processes of qualified elution solution is developed to instead of the manual segment extraction.The automatic and intelligent control segment extraction processes is stable and reliable to solve the problem of inefficient extraction of high uranium concentration in qualified elution solution.The method can effectively reduce raw material consumption,save labor cost,improve the production environment and increase the efficiency of productivity.The automatic and intelligent control system has been put into production line and good result has achieved.
