摘 要:介绍了二维(2D)双联泵的结构和工作原理。该泵在二维(2D)活塞单元泵的设计基础上,利用结构串联插装和流量汇流的原理,来实现消除流量脉动的结构,并给出了该泵的理论流量示意图。为了验证二维(2D)双联泵原理的可行性和初步测试该泵的流量脉动,搭建了试验平台,设计了空载流量特性试验和负载压力流量特性试验。在空载和负载工况下,该泵都能正常完成吸排油工作。在空载工况下,随着转速升高实际流量呈线性增长,与理论流量接近;在负载工况下,随着压力升高,流量减小。通过试验验证了二维(2D)双联泵的原理可行,具有较高的额定工作转速,且实际流量脉动趋向于零。In this paper, the structure and the operating principle of thetwodimensional (2D) tandem pump is introduced. This pump diminish the flow fluctuation by design the structure of tandem cartridge and flow collection based on the principle of twodimensional piston pump and shows the schematic diagram of theoretical flow.We build the test bed to validate the feasibility of the principle and test the flow fluctuation of the tandem pump by testing the Noload flow characteristic and pressureflow characteristic of the pump. The result shows that the prototype can work properly both under noload and load condition. The actual flow is close to the theoretical value and the pump has a high volumetric efficiency under noload condition. But under load condition, volumetric efficiency decrease with the pressure increasing. By the experiment, we verified the feasibility of the principle of thetwodimensional (2D) tandem pump, and it has the characteristic of high rated speed and low flow ripple.
