摘 要:针对齿轮泵周向泵油路径以及螺杆泵螺旋状的油路易产生泄漏的问题,设计出以莱洛三角形为截面的莱洛斜转子,大大简化了复杂的齿廓型线设计参数,提出一种直线式泵油的新型莱洛三角泵。阐述了莱洛三角泵的结构和工作原理,确定莱洛泵一个工作周期内吸排腔的对称变化。通过构建莱洛三角形模型,根据坐标变换公式计算推导并举例验证了该泵的理论排量,结合Creo和MATLAB软件研究单周期莱洛泵进出油口的流量变化。通过分析液压力,结合受力分析和有限元模拟,对转子在工况下的干涉进行检验,为该泵的进一步研究奠定基础。In view of the facts that the circumferential path of the gear pump and the spiral path of the screw pump, the oil circuit is long and the leakage is easy to happen. The Reuleaux spiral rotor is designed with a crosssection of Reuleaux triangle, which greatly makes the parameters of the complex profile line simplified. A novel Reuleaux triangle pump with a straight line pump path is presented. In this study we describe the structure and working principle detailedly, and determine the symmetric variation of inlet and outlet in a working cycle. The mathematical model of the Reuleaux triangle is established and the coordinate transformation formula is used to obtain the theoretical equation of the output volume which is verified by comparison examples. The variation of the flow rate, in a working cycle, is analyzed by Creo and MATLAB. The force analysis and finite element simulation are utilized to confirm the rotor interference.
