摘　　要：英石产业在我国发展历史悠久。早在唐宋时期,英石已被广泛应用于赏石与传统造园。特别是在建国后近几十年,以广东省英德市为主产地的英石产业发展极为迅速,已成为繁荣英德地方经济的主要支柱产业之一。通过文献研究、实地调查、口述访谈等方法,对英德英石产业现状进行全面调研,系统梳理英石产业发展状况,对其制约因素进行深度总结,为英石文化保育与产业可持续发展制定适宜的策略与规划提供参考。Ying Stone industry in China has a long history of development. As early as in the Tang and Song Dynasty, Ying Stone has been widely used in ornamental stone and traditional gardening. Especially in the past several decades after the founding of the PRC, Ying Stone industry developed rapidly which is originated from Yingde. Ying Stone industry has become one of the main pillar industries of Yingde local economy. By using the methods of literature research, field investigation and oral history, we conduct a comprehensive investigation on the status of industrial development of Ying Stone industry in Yingde, comb the status systematically, and summarize influence factors. The research aims to formulate appropriate strategies and plans for Ying stone cultural conservation and industry sustainable development.
