摘  要:利用Thermecmastor-Z热模拟试验机对试验用耐磨钢的金属塑性变形抗力进行研究,获得了该钢种在1200℃,应变速率为1、10 s-1的应力-应变曲线。应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件模拟了1200℃条件下耐磨钢/碳钢复合板的单道次轧制过程。结果表明:在单道次轧制过程中,获得理想的复合效果的垂直压应力要达到200 MPa以上,等效应变要达到0.85以上。The metal plastic deformation resistance of the wear resistant steel was studied by Thermecmastor-Z thermal simulator and then the stress-strain curves of the steel at 1200 ℃ and strain rate of 1s1 and 10 s-1 were obtained. The single channel rolling process of wear resistant steel and carbon steel composite plate at 1200℃ was simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software. The results show that in the process of rolling in single channel, the ideal compound effect can be obtained by the vertical compressive stress reaching above 200 MPa and the equivalent strain reaching above 0.85.
