摘 要:对9Si Cr热轧钢板进行了4种不同工艺的等温球化退火试验,研究了等温温度对钢板球化组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,等温温度过高或过低,都不利于碳化物的球化,等温温度为720℃时,退火后组织中片状珠光体消失,细小的球状碳化物均匀分布在铁素体基体上,且硬度最低。9Si Cr热轧钢板的等温球化退火温度应是720℃。Isothermal spheroidizing annealing experiments of four different processes for 9SiCr hot rolled steel plate were carried out. The effects of isothermal temperature on spheroidized microstructure and hardness of steel plate were studied. The results show that too high or too low isothermal temperature is unfavorable for spheroidization of the carbide. When the isothermal temperature is 720℃, the lamellar pearlite disappears after annealing, the fine spherical carbide particles are distributed evenly on the ferrite matrix, and the hardness is minimum. The isothermal annealing temperature of 9SiCr hot rolled steel plate should be 720 ℃.
