摘  要:21世纪以来,中国学术产量长期保持高速增长,其动力机制主要来自何方?曾对中国经济增长做出有力解释的锦标赛制理论为此提供了一种可能的解释视角。中国学术治理模式采用了多重"委托-代理"机制,符合锦标赛制的技术前提,因而具有典型的学术锦标赛制特征。中国学术锦标赛制的激励逻辑在于通过信念共识和利益联结,将国家宏观目标、大学组织中观目标和学术人员微观目标三者统一起来,产生强激励并推动学术高速增长。Since entering the 21st century, China academic production has maintained a rapid growth for a long time. Where does the dynamic mechanism come from? The theory of championship system, which has made a strong explanation for China economic growth, provides a possible explanatory perspective. China academic governance model adopts the multiple principal-agent mechanism, which meets the technical premise of the championship system, and thus has the characteristics of typical academic championship system. The incentive logic of China academic championship system is to unite the national macro goals, the university organizational intermediate objectives and the micro goals of the academic staff through the belief consensus and the benefit link, and generate strong incentives and promote the rapid growth of academic.
