摘　　要：环形七肽GX1(CGNSNPKSC)作为一种新型抗肿瘤药物修饰肽,具有肿瘤血管特异靶向性,而其修饰的肿瘤血管靶向药物与传统抗肿瘤药物相比,克服了易产生耐药性的缺点、提高了整个药物的靶向性、增加了肿瘤细胞生长抑制率且毒副作用小。本文从GX1的受体鉴定、靶向性、GX1修饰的药物载体3个方面对GX1进行阐述,为肿瘤血管靶向治疗提供一种新思路。Cyclic 7-mer peptide GX1 （CGNSNPKSC） as a new modifier of antitumor drugs has the characteristic of specific tumor vascular targeting.Compared to traditional antitumor drugs,the targeting anti-tumor drugs modified by GX1 peptide can overcome the drawback of easy resistance,improve the drug targeting effect and increase the rate of tumor cell growth inhibition.In this article,the receptor identification,targeting effect of GX1,and drug carriers modified with GX1 were reviewed in order to provide a new idea of tumor targeted therapy.
