摘　　要：针对目前烟草行业高速小盒烟包生产过程中出现的外观缺陷等问题,设计了一种小盒烟包外观质量检测系统。首先对系统进行总体方案设计,确定系统工作流程;其次对系统进行图像采集、信号处理、图像处理与显示模块的硬件设计,并通过对烟包图像进行多种算法综合处理,有效定位并识别烟包多种外观质量缺陷;最后进行在线实时检测验证。实验表明,该系统稳定可靠性强,检测精度高、速度快,适用性强,易于安装维护。Aiming at the appearance defect of small box cigarette packet in production process, it develops the appearance quality inspection system. It shows the detail such as overall architecture, workflow, image acquisition, signal processing and display module, presents multiple algorithms for image acquisition. This system can locate and identify appearance defect of small box cigarette packet. The test indicates that the system has reliability, high detection accuracy, fast speed, is easy to install and maintain.
