摘  要:目的研究榼藤Entada phaseoloides种仁的化学成分。方法采用正反相硅胶和制备液相等多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从榼藤种仁乙醇提取物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为4-甲氧基苄基-O-[α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→6)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、芥子醇-O-[β-D-呋喃芹糖基-(1→2)]-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、2-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧基-5-羟基苯乙酸(3)、2-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧基-5-羟基苯乙酸甲酯(4)、5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-3-氢苯并[b]呋喃-2-酮(5)、二氢红花菜豆酸-4′-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、黄麻诺苷C(7)、1′S,4′S-4′-二氢脱落酸-4′-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为榼藤子苷F;化合物5为新天然产物,化合物2、4~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents from seed kernels of Entada phaseoloides. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and preparative HPLC column chromatographic methods, and their structures were identified by means of physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. Results Eight compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of the seed kernels of E. phaseoloides, and identified as 4-methoxybenzyl-O-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(1), sinapyl-O-[β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→2)]-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2), 2-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy-5-hydroxy-phenylacetic acid(3), 2-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy-5-hydroxy-phenylacetic acid methyl ester(4), 5-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3-hydrobenzo [b] furan-2-one(5), dihydrophaseic acid-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6), corchoionoside C(7), and 1′S,4′S-4′-dihydroabscisic acid-4′-O-β-glucopyranoside(8). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named phaseoloideside F, compound 5 is a new natural product, and compounds 2 and 4—8 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
