摘 要:目的将相位斜率指数(phase-slope index,PSI)算法应用在健康及癫痫患者的脑电数据上,分析导联间信息流的方向和强度,拟为临床医学研究癫痫提供借鉴方法。方法首先在相位斜率指数理论方法的基础上研究了不同脑区间的信息流向的因果关系,并取合适的阈值2作为有效结果;然后对来自军区总医院采集的健康人和癫痫患者的最新脑电数据进行分析,用t检验方法考量健康数据和癫痫数据所得到的有效结果百分比是否具有显著性差异。结果左右区没有明确的方向,前后区在alpha频段有清晰的从前到后的方向;在宽带方法(所有频率)下,健康人数据所得到的有效结果百分比与癫痫患者数据所得到的有效结果百分比的差异无统计意义;在窄带方法(alpha频段)下,健康人数据所得到的有效结果百分比要高于癫痫患者数据所得到的有效结果百分比。结论基于相位斜率指数的脑电信号研究方法得出两种信号的有效结果百分比的差异有统计意义,对临床医学分析癫痫数据具有借鉴意义。Objective PSI algorithm is applied to EEG data of healthy and epileptic people to analyze the flow direction and intensity of information between lead,which intends to reference for clinical medical research epilepsy disease. Methods First of all,on the basis of phase-slope index theoretical method,causal relation of flow direction of information between different brain regions was studied. Then we took an appropriate threshold(2 was chosen in this paper) as an effective result. After that the paper analyzed the latest health and epileptic EEG data from the military general hospital and examined whether exist a significant difference between health data and epileptic EEG data. Results There was not any preferred direction in the right-left flow and there was a clear direction from front to back at the alpha frequency.Under the broadband method(all frequency),there was no statistical significance in the difference about the percentage of effective results between the data of the healthy and epileptic people. Under the narrow band method(alpha frequency),significant results percentageobtained from healthy data was higher than that from epileptic patient data. Conclusions The significant results percentage based on phase-slope index method can disclose statistical significance in the difference among the two signals,which has good reference for epilepsy data analysis of clinical medicine.
