针灸联合加味八正散治疗尿路感染患者急性尿潴留的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的分析针灸联合加味八正散治疗尿路感染并发急性尿潴留临床疗效。方法选择2012年2月-2015年3月于医院治疗的89例尿路感染并发急性尿潴留患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组44例和观察组45例,对照组常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用针灸联合加味八正散治疗,均治疗两周,观察两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后临床症状评分和尿液相关指标的变化并比较。结果对照组治疗后小便频数、排尿灼急、小便涩痛、乏力、腰酸痛、小腹坠胀评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后排尿灼急、小便涩痛、乏力、腰酸痛、小腹坠胀评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后,对照组治愈率36.36%、总有效率79.55%,观察组治愈率48.89%、总有效率93.33%,观察组治愈率和总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后尿沉渣白细胞数、中段尿培养细胞数分别为(20.13±6.80)个/HP、(1011.20±31.60)cfu/mL显著优于对照组(46.40±10.20)个/HP、(1321.30±45.60)cfu/mL(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合加味八正散可有效改善尿路感染并发急性尿潴留患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效。OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with modified eight powder on urinary tract infections complicated with acute urinary retention.METHODS A total of 89 cases of patients with urinary tract infections complicated with acute urinary retention from Feb.2012 to Mar.2015 in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group（44 cases）and observation group（45 cases）.Patients in control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and in observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with eight powder based on control group,and both groups were treated for two weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were observed,and the changes of clinical symptom scores and urine related indexes before and after treatment were compared.RESULTS The scores of urination frequency,rush urination,painful urination,acute fatigue,lumbar pain,and abdominal bulge in control group after treatment were lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the scores of above indexes（except for urination frequency）in observation group were significantly better than those in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the cure rate of control group was 36.36%,the total effective rate was 79.55%,and the cure rate of observation group was 48.89%,the total effective rate was 93.33%,and the cure rate and total effective rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The urine white blood cell count and midstream urine culture cell number of observation group after treatment were（20.13±6.80）/HP and（1011.20±31.60）cfu/mL,which were significantly higher than（46.40±10.20）/HP and（1321.30±45.60）cfu/mL of control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Acupuncture combined with eight powder can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of urinary tract infections in patients with acute urinary retention,and improve clinical efficacy.
