复用气管套管在消毒供应中心集中管理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨复用气管套管在消毒供应中心集中管理的效果评价,降低因气管套管清洗、消毒不合格引起的感染。方法选择2015年1月-12月将临床科室采用分散处置方法的气管套管40个与消毒供应中心依次进行预处理、手工清洗、超声清洗机清洗、全自动清洗机清洗、高压气枪干燥、干燥柜干燥、纸塑袋包装、高压蒸汽灭菌锅灭菌处置的100个套管分别抽样进行目测及细菌学检测,对比保存180天内不同时间段内的合格率。结果临床科室分散处置后,随机抽样进行目测及细菌学检测,第1天合格率为95.00%,第4天合格率降为87.50%,第7天合格率为80.00%,第10天合格率降为50.00%,而消毒供应中心集中处理后,对纸塑袋独立包装后180天内,合格率均为100.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复用气管套管由消毒供应中心集中管理,保证灭菌质量,确保患者安全,利于控制医院感染,同时独立包装后可延长保存时间,减少人力、物力资源。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of centralized management of reusable tracheal cannula in sterilization and supply center,so as to reduce the infections caused by unqualified cleaning and disinfection of tracheal cannula.METHODS A total of 40 tracheal cannulas with decentralized treatment by the clinical departments and 100 tracheal cannulas treated in sterilization and supply center with pretreatment,manual cleaning,ultrasonic cleaning machine cleaning,full automatic cleaning machine cleaning,high pressure air gun drying,drying cabinet drying,paper and plastic bags packing,and high-pressure steam sterilization pot sterilization from Jan.2015 to Dec.2015 were selected and sampled for visual and bacteriological tests,and the qualified rates at different periods during the storage of 180 days were compared.RESULTS After the decentralized treatment of clinical departments,using random sampling for visual and bacteriological tests,the qualified rates were 95.00% on the first days,87.50% on the fourth day,80.00% on the seventh day,and 50.00% on the tenth day.After the centralized treatment in disinfection and supply center,the qualified rates of paper and plastic bags packing were all 100% within 180 days after the independent packing.The differences were significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The centralized management of reusable tracheal cannula in sterilization and supply center can ensure the sterilization quality and patient safety,and help to control nosocomial infections,at the same time independent packaging can extend the preservation time,and reduce manpower and material resources.
