摘　　要：从互联网时代下半场的背景出发,在构建智慧家庭智能运营体系时要以数据驱动为基础,以数据化评价为手段,运用精准高效的数据采集方法,构建适应未来5G、物联网和人工智能等技术发展的智慧家庭智能运营体系。首先介绍了智慧家庭业务特点及趋势,然后说明了数据是智慧家庭运营的基础,最后介绍了数据与智慧家庭运营的未来。From the background of the second half of the internet era, when constructing the smart home intelligent operating system, data-driven should be the foundation, and data evaluation should be the means. By using accurate and efficient data collection methods, the smart home intelligent operating system which adapted the development of future 5G, internet of things and artificial intelligence and other technology was built. Firstly, the characteristics and trends of the smart home business was introduced, and then the opinion of data was the foundation of smart home op- eration was explained. Finally, the future of data and smart home operation was introduced.
