摘 要:借助Web of Science和ESI数据库,对中国与"一带一路"沿线64个国家的高被引合作论文进行研究,包括合作论文总量,高被引论文的数量、占比、产出国家、研究机构、载文期刊、资助基金和研究方向等,以了解中国与沿线国家科技合作的进展状况和优势学科。研究发现:中国科技合作论文的总量、总被引频次、H指数和高被引论文数量显著正相关,论文数量和质量都存在不均衡性,中国更偏好与地理位置较近、经济科技发展水平较高的沿线国家合作;高被引论文数量呈逐年增加的总体趋势,并且近2年的高被引论文同时也是热点论文的重要组成部分;高被引论文主要集中于化学、物理、工程、医学等中国的优势学科且多分布在SCI的top期刊上,中国科学院是高产机构,中国自然科学基金发挥着积极作用。在此基础上提出未来科技合作发展对策,以进一步推动高质量合著论文的产出、增加科技合作影响力。Based on Web of Science and ESI database, this paper studied the characteristics of high-cited papers in China and 64 countries in the Belt and Road initiative area to understand the progress of science and technology cooperation. By having a comprehensive analysis on the total number of papers, the number of highly cited papers, national and research institutions, journals and fund grants, research directions, etc., we found that there is a significant positive correlation between the total number of papers, the total cited frequency, the H-index and the number of highly cited papers. The number of papers and the quality of the paper are not balanced. China prefers to cooperate with countries which have closer or higher development level. The highly cited papers show an increasing trend over the past year, and the high cited papers in the past two years are also an important part of the hot papers. Highly cited papers mainly focus on chemistry, physics, engineering, medicine and other advanced subjects, most of which are distributed in the SCI top journals, the Chinese Academy of Sciences is a productive institution, and National Natural Science Foundation of China plays a positive role. On this basis, we put forward the countermeasures for the filturc development of science and technology cooperation. The research finding~ and conclusions of this paper carl promote the output of high quality co-authored papers and increase the influence of science and technology cooperation.
