摘 要:产学研合作模式因其中内在主线知识转移机制的特殊性,将正式契约尤其是具有正向激励功能的设计视为合作绩效的关键,而有形契约的设计如何对相对无形的知识转移机制进行有效约束、监督,尤其是正向激励,恰恰是产学研合作过程中基于知识形态的特殊产品的生产、管理、库存、运输等常规环节所要进行创新性思考的问题。对知识转移在高校产学研合作模式中的发生机制、作用机制、成本与风险机制、人员心理关系机制等诸多因素进行系统分析和把握,结合产学研契约设计固有的原则、内容和应用,探讨对知识这一特殊而关键的隐性资源的产品化、利润化、资本化进行激励型监管的契约设计方案。Because the knowledge transfer mechanism is a special internal thread in the mode of production and research cooperation, it is considered the key to the performance of the contract design with the formal contract, especially the positive incentive function. And how to design the physical contract relatively so as to effectively supervise and restrain the invisible knowledge transfer mechanism, especially positive incentives, is the necessary innovative thinking in the conventional process of production, management, storage and transportation links of special products based on knowledge. It needs the systematic analysis and controlling on many factors of knowledge transfer in university industry cooperation mode including occurrence mechanism, cost and risk mechanism, mechanism of psychological relationship. Combined with the principle, content and application of research, contract design of incentive regulation should be made, exploring the special and key invisible resource of knowledge including products, profits and capital.
