摘　　要：以中国知网CNKI数据库为平台,利用其KDN知识发现网络平台KNS 6.6版中的可视化分析功能,对专利运营这一主题进行全方位、多维度可视化分析,掌握相关知识脉络及发展态势。在文献分析的基础上,提出专利运营既要正确引导、积极发展,也需要依法规制等观点。Using the visual analysis function in KNS6.6 network platform with KDN knowledge, this paper, based on CNKI data base, employs the operation of patent as a topic to deal with a visual analysis from omnibearing and multi- factors. Through this visual analysis, we make up a sequence of main ideas of patent operation and its development trend. Moreover, this paper summarized and analyzed the previous literature. According to the analysis result, we conclude that the operation of patent needs obeying the relevant laws when it develops in the right way. In addition, the operation of patent should also be close to the service technology.
