东北经济失速与城市产业结构单一的战略对策研究

摘　　要：近年来,东北地区经济增速持续放缓,经济失速已经成为刻画东北地区经济发展形势的关键词。造成东北地区经济失速的因素很多,单一的产业结构是关键。因此,在我国经济整体由速度型增长转向质量型增长的大环境下,分析我国工业经济整体产业结构调整升级对以工业为单一产业的东北地区经济发展的宏观影响,以及东北地区工业发展中单一初级产业之间联动性、科技创新还未成熟的微观现状导致产业转型困难尤为关键。加快产业结构升级、促进科技创新,尽快实施夯实支持改革等促进东北振兴的战略对策势在必行。In recent years, the northeast economy presents a cliff declining style, economic deceleration has become keywords of economic development in Northeast China. There are many factors that cause the Northeast Economic deceleration and single industrial structure is the key point. Therefore, in China＇s overall economic growth from the speed type to quality type environment, it is the key to analysis industrial economy overall upgrading＇s impact on economic development in the northeast industry as a single industry, as well as the interaction between single primary industries development of Northeast China. So it is very important to accelerate the upgrading of the industrial structure, promote scientific and technological innovation and support the implementation of the reform to promote the revitalization of Northeast strategy.
