摘 要:为了解动物源肺炎克雷伯菌(KP)毒力基因分布和生物膜形成能力,本研究收集了67株不同动物源KP,采用PCR方法扩增8种毒力基因,采用结晶紫染色法检测这些菌株的生物膜形成能力。结果显示ureA、fimH、wabG和uge 4种毒力基因普遍存在于KP中,检出率分别为97.01%、92.54%、86.57%和82.09%;mag A、rmpA和iroNB基因的检出率较低,分别为17.91%、23.88%和26.87%。鸡源菌株和猪源菌株生物膜形成能力强于犬源菌株和兔源菌株,二者差异显著,但鸡源菌株与猪源菌株、兔源菌株与犬源菌株之间无明显差异。本研究表明KP生物膜形成能力与携带毒力基因种类有关。To investigate the virulence genes and biofilm forming ability of K.pneumonia isolated from animals, 8 virulence genes were amplifed from 67 strains of K.pneumonia isolated from four animals, and the biofilm forming ability was detected by crystal violet staining. The results showed that 4 virulence genes, ureA, fimH, wabG and uge, were prevalent in K.pneumonia, and the detection rates of them were 97.01%, 92.54%, 86.57% and 82.09% respectively. The detection rates of magA, rmpA and iroNB genes were lower, which were 17.91%, 23.88% and 26.87% respectively. Biofilm forming ability of K.pneumoniae strains from chicken and pig was significantly higher than the strains from dog and rabbit. However there was no significant difference of biofilm forming ability between K.pneumoniae strains from chicken and pig, rabbit and dog. This study showed that biofilm forming ability in K.pneumoniae was related to the type of virulence genes.
