摘　　要：2017年8月末，香港、台湾地区和韩国人民币存款总额较上月减少0．32％。9月份，香港人民币隔夜拆息上升，月末报收3．729％香港人民币即期汇率月末报收6．6468，当月下浮0．97％；境内外人民币即期汇率CNY和CNH平均汇差为71个基点，较上月缩小14．5％；境内外可交割人民币远期汇价之差为377个基点，较上月缩小26．1％；境外人民币债券发行规模比上月下降24．9％，但交易量上升7．9％；香港、新加坡和芝加哥交易所的人民币期货交易量均大幅上升。At end-August 2017, the aggregate CNH deposits in Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea decreased by 0.32% month-on-month. In September, the CNH HiborO/N went up and closed at 3.729%; the CNH spot rate closed at 6.6468 at end-September, down 0.97% from the beginning of the month; the spread between the CNH and CNY spot rates registered at 71 bps, down 14.5% month-on-month; the spread between the rates of the CNH and CNY deliverable forwards stood at 377 bps, down 26.1% month-on-month; the CNH bond issuance dropped by 24.9%, yet the trading volume increased by 7.9%; the trading volume of CNH futures in HKEx, SGX and CME increased markedly.
