摘　　要：从北冰洋沉积物中分离筛选出的39株海洋微生物中,筛选出对弧菌有良好拮抗效果的目的海洋菌。经过初筛和复筛,得出1株对弧菌抑制效果最好的菌株,即90号菌株。对90号菌株进行生理生化鉴定,包括革兰氏染色实验,糖发酵实验,明胶水解实验和苯丙氨酸脱氨酶实验,过氧化氢酶实验。结果表明,90号菌株为革兰氏阳性菌,分解葡萄糖产酸不产气,产明胶酶、过氧化氢酶,不产生苯丙氨酸脱氨酶。To isolate the best strain against Vibrio from 39 strains selected from the Arctic Ocean sediments.After the initial screening and re-screening,NO.90 microorganism showed strongest resistance to Vibrio.Physiological and biochemical identification was carried,including Gramstain test,sugar fermentation test,gelatin hydrolysis test,phenylalanine dehydrogenase test and catalase tests.The results showed that the NO.90 microorganism was gram-positive bacteria.Gas was not produced but acid was produced in decomposition of glucose.Gelatin enzymes and catalase were produced.Phenylalanine dehydrogenase was not produced.
