摘 要:采用滴涂法制备了多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(MWNTs/GCE)。用循环伏安法(CV)研究了日落黄(SY)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,研究表明,SY在该电极表面的氧化还原过程受扩散控制,修饰电极对SY具有良好的电催化活性,明显提高了SY分析的灵敏度。利用差分脉冲伏安法在优化条件下检测了不同浓度的SY所产生的峰电流大小,结果表明,在0.1~100μmol/L浓度范围内,浓度与所对应的氧化峰电流呈现出良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.998,检出限为0.08μmol/L(S/N=3)。方法用于碳酸饮料中SY检测,结果满意。Multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode(MWNTs/GCE) was prepared by drop coating method.The electrochemical behavior of sunset yellow(SY) on the modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV).The results show that the redox process of SY on the surface of the electrode is controlled by diffusion,and the modified electrode has good electrocatalytic activity for SY Activity,significantly improved the SY analysis of the sensitivity.The peak current produced by different concentrations of SY was detected by differential pulse voltammetry under the optimized conditions.The results show that the concentration and the corresponding oxidation peak current are in the range of 0.1~100 μmol/L The linear correlation coefficient was 0.998 and the detection limit was 0.08 μmol/L(S/N=3).The method was applied to SY test in carbonated beverage and the results were satisfactory.
