摘 要:通过碳纤维筋加固材料性能试验,测定碳纤维筋和高强度聚合物砂浆的物理、力学特性,以及碳纤维筋加固后混凝土结构的性能.对φ6碳纤维筋进行拉伸性能试验,测得其最大抗拉强度为2 508 MPa、拉伸弹性模量为123 842 MPa、断裂伸长率为2×10^(-6);对标准高强聚合物砂浆试块进行了抗压强度试验,得到其抗压强度标准值为50 MPa、弹性模量为23.5 MPa;通过碳纤维筋和聚合物砂浆的粘结性能试验确定了碳纤维筋的最小锚固长度为0.74 m.研究结果表明:碳纤维筋加固隧道衬砌是一种合理有效且经济的方法.Through the performance test of CFRP reinforced material,the physical and mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced and high strength polymer mortar are determined,and the properties of concrete structure after CFRP reinforcement are tested.The tensile properties of φ 6 carbon fiber reinforced bars are tested.It turns out the maximum tensile strength is 2508 MPa,tensile elastic modulus is 123842 MPa and elongation at break is 2×10^(-6).The compressive strength test of standard high strength polymer mortar is carried out,and the standard value of compressive strength is 50 MPa and the elastic modulus is 23.5 MPa.Through the bond performance test of carbon fiber reinforcement and polymer mortar,the minimum anchorage length of carbon fiber reinforcement is 0.74 m.The study shows that the reinforcement of tunnel lining with carbon fiber reinforcement is a reasonable and economical method.
