摘 要:针对发动机低温冷启动,燃料消耗高,排放污染严重的问题,在发动机冷态预热中引入电磁感应加热技术,基于New Msg_RF2401设计了一种无线控制的发动机冷启动预热系统.该系统由预热执行器、手持控制模块、车载中央处理模块、温度监测模块组成.对该系统进行的台架模拟试验结果表明:发动机无怠速冷启动预热无线控制系统能提高预热效率,显著改善发动机冷启动排放性能,且性能稳定,具有一定的实际应用价值.Aiming at the problem of high fuel consumption and serious pollution under the circumstance of low temperature cold start,the electromagnetic induction heating technology is introduced in the cold preheating of the engine.Therefore,a wireless control cold start preheating system was designed based on New MsgRF2401.The system consists of preheating actuator,handheld control module,vehicle central processing module,temperature monitoring module.Finally,the bench simulation test is carried out.The results show that wireless control system of engine without idle speed cold start preheating can dramatically improve the preheating efficiency,maintain stable performance,and enhance the performance of the engine cold start discharge,which has certain practical application value.
