两种不同入路腹腔镜下肾部分切除术的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:评估临床腹腔镜肾部分切除术的可行性及推广价值。方法:26例肾占位患者行腹腔镜肾部分切除术,评价手术时间、肾蒂阻断时间、出血量、并发症及肿瘤复发情况。结果:26例手术无中转开放,肾蒂阻断时间为18~32min;手术时间为65~118min;出血量为60~350m L,术后住院7~15天,随访3~36个月未见肿瘤复发。结论:腹腔镜肾部分切除术患者创伤小,术后康复快,有临床推广价值。Objective：To evaluate the feasibility and the clinical value of laparoscopic partial nephreetomy. Methods： 26 patients with renal tumor were treated with laparoscopic surgery.The operative time,intraoperative renal interrupted time, blood loss, postoperative complications and recurrence were observed and evaluated. Results： All operations were successfully accomplished, none was converted to open surgery.The intraoperative renal interrupted time was 18-32 min, the operative time was 65-118 min, the intraoperative blood loss was 60-350 m L.Postoperative hospitalization time was 7-15 d.No tumor recurrence was found during a follow-up of 3~36 months. Conclusions： Laparoscopie partial nephreetomy is worthy to be extended with advantages of miniinvasion and rapid recovery.It is worthy of clinical application.
