匀浆膳联合浓钠在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨神经外科重型颅脑损伤患者应用个体化匀浆膳联合浓钠行肠内营养治疗的临床应用效果。方法:根据《住院患者营养风险筛查NRS-2002评估表》筛选出易发生营养不良的重型颅脑损伤患者100例,采取同期随机对照实验研究设计,将患者随机分为两组,实验组给予鼻饲个体化匀浆膳联合浓钠治疗,对照组给予鼻饲常规饮食,伤后48小时分别给予鼻饲法额定热卡两种肠内的营养治疗,比较两组患者营养指标、血清电解质和喂养不耐受等指标。结果:实验组的营养指标、血清钠、氯水平均大于对照组(P<0.05),喂养不耐受情况则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予重型颅脑损伤患者个体化匀浆膳联合浓钠的肠内营养治疗,可减少胃肠道并发症,有效维持电解质平衡,改善营养状况,利于患者的康复。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of damage in patients with application of individual homogenate diet and concentrated sodium for enteral nutrition in the treatment of severe craniocerebral Department of neurosurgery. Methods： According to the NRS-2002 hospitalized patients with nutritional risk screening evaluation table of screening prone to 100 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients suffered from malnutrition,Take the same randomized controlled experiment design, Patients were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was given nasal feeding individual homogenate diet combined with concentrated sodium treatment, the control group was given routine nasogastric feeding diet, 48 hours after injury were given nasal feeding rated calorie of two kinds of enteral nutrition therapy, compared two groups of patients nutrition index, serum electrolytes and gastrointestinal dysfunction index. Results： in the experimental group, the nutritional index, serum sodium, chlorine water average higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）and various gastrointestinal complications occurred less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： patients with severe craniocerebral injury patients given individual homogenate diet combined with concentrated sodium enteral nutrition therapy can effectively improve the patient＇s nutritional status and to maintain electrolyte balance, reduce gastrointestinal complications, and is conducive to the patient＇s recovery.
