摘 要:目的:探讨应用授权教育对脑卒中患者康复锻炼依从性及日常生活能力的影响。方法:研究对象按照纳入标准共纳入70例脑卒中患者,随机分为观察组及对照组各35例。对照组采取常规健康教育,观察组由研究小组成员采用授权教育,整个教育过程按照明确问题、表达情感、设立目标、制定计划、结果评价5个步骤逐步实施。对两组患者在干预前、干预后3个月康复锻炼依从性及日常生活活动能力进行比较。结果:干预后3个月观察组患者功能锻炼依从性调查问卷评分及日常生活活动能力Barthel指数评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用授权教育能够提高脑卒中患者康复锻炼的依从性并提高患者的日常生活活动能力。Objective:To explore the influence of empowerment education on rehabilitation exercise compliance and daily living ability of stroke patients. Methods: a total of 70 stroke patients were enrolled according to inclusion criteria, The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education, the observation group was authorized education by the members of the study group, the whole process of education is gradually implemented in 5 steps, clear questions, express feelings, set goals, make plans, and evaluate results. The rehabilitation exercise compliance and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after the intervention. Results: After 3 months, the functional exercise compliance questionnaire scores and activities of daily living Barthel index scores of the observation group were higher than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Empowerment education can improve the compliance of rehabilitation exercise and improve the activities of daily living for stroke patients.
