高龄患者行关节置换术后并发肺炎1例护理体会

摘　　要：回顾1例高龄股骨颈骨折患者行人工髋关节置换术后并发肺部感染的围手术期护理要点。包括体位护理,引流管护理,并发症的观察与护理,功能锻炼和出院指导。患者出现呼吸困难,及时行气管切开,予以气管导管护理。通过积极的护理和密切观察,患者肺炎治愈,气切造口愈合,1个月后康复出院。The perioperative nursing of 1 elderly patient with femoral neck fracture after hip replacement was reviewed, including postural care, drainage tube care, complications of observation and care, functional exercises and discharge guidance. The patient suffered from dyspnea and promptly underwent tracheotomy and was given endotracheal tube care. Through active care and close observation, the patient was cured of pneumonia, cured by tracheostomy and discharged from hospital 1 month later.
