摘 要:微电网黑启动过程涉及到黑启动电源、重构网架及待恢复负荷的选择。在分析串行恢复的可行性基础上制定合理恢复策略,提出了对具备黑启动能力的DG特性指标运用综合评分的改进熵权法选择最佳黑启动电源,建立一种新的基于电力网络拓扑特性及电气特征的综合考虑线路与节点重要性的网架重构模型,采用二进制粒子群算法求解确定。以单位时间恢复负荷的效益最大化为目标,在重构网架中确定最佳恢复路线。算例验证了本文方法的有效性。The black-start process of micro grid involves the selection of black-start power supply, grid reconfiguration and recover load. A reasonable recovery strategy is established based on the feasibility analysis of serial restoration. An improved entropy weight method is proposed to select the best black start power source for DG characteristic index with black start ability. A new grid reconfiguration model is established according to the topological characteristics and electrical characteristics of power network considering the importance of line and node. The binary particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to determine the gird to be reconfigured. The optimal recovery route in the existing recovery network can be decided with the goal of maximizing the benefit by restoring the load of unit time. The IEEE 30-node example proves the validity of this method.
