Comprehensive Energy Efficiency Evaluation of Industrial Users Based on Weight Correction by Intuitionistic Fuzzy Entropy

摘  要:针对工业用户用电特点和能耗情况,从能耗总体情况、用电质量、能耗经济性、分布式设备投入4个方面建立评估体系。同时对指标体系建立一种新的能效评估模型,模型采用层次分析法(AHP)对指标赋权,以直觉模糊熵计算专家自身权重,从而得到综合权重,最后以逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)对各样本进行对比。采用主客观结合的赋权方法,有效解决了专家权重确定问题。算例显示,所提方法可以为工业用户提供有效的参考意见,有比较明显的指导作用。According to the power consumption characteristics and energy consumption of industrial users, the evaluation system is established from the aspects of the overall energy consumption, electricity quality, energy consumption economy and distributed device investment. A new energy efficiency evaluation model is constructed for the index system, the index is weighted by using analytic hierarchy process, and expert weights are calculated to obtain a comprehensive weight by means of intuitionistic fuzzy entropy. Finally, technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is used to compare the samples. The model is based on the combination of subjective and objective weighting method, which can effectively solve the problem of determining the experts weigh. The example shows that the method can provide an effective reference for the industrial users.
