摘　　要：妊娠合并急性肾衰竭发病急,可迅速进展为不可逆性肾功能损伤,甚至还可引起多器官功能衰竭等母胎不良结局。妊娠合并急性肾衰竭病因较多,在了解其病因及高危因素后,应积极去除诱因,治疗原发疾病,改善母胎预后。本文从病因、诊断及治疗等方面对妊娠合并肾衰竭进行阐述。Acute renal failure in pregnancy can develop to irreversible renal impairment quickly,so much as multiple organ failure. After understanding its etiology and high risk factors,the inducement should be eliminated actively and the primary disease should be treated to improve the prognosis of mother and baby. This article elaborates the pathogeny,diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy with acute renal failure.
