德州市预防接种医务人员二类疫苗推荐意愿及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解预防接种医务人员对儿童接种二类疫苗的推荐意愿及影响因素。方法采用单纯随机抽样方法,在德州市所有县市区共抽取预防接种服务人员445人进行问卷调查,分析预防接种医务人员的基本情况、对二类疫苗预防接种的认知、推荐意愿及其影响因素等。结果有推荐意愿的244人,占54.83%。多因素Logistic分析显示,预防接种工作年限(OR=0.567)、服务区域类型(OR=0.317)、对二类疫苗正确的认知(OR=0.311)、二类疫苗接种与收入有关(OR=3.139),是二类疫苗推荐意愿的影响因素。若选择一种二类疫苗纳入免疫规划,则有233名(52.36%)预防接种医务人员选择水痘疫苗。结论德州市预防接种医务人员对二类疫苗的推荐意愿比较高,预防接种服务年限越长、城区、对二类疫苗有正确的认知和二类疫苗接种与收入有关的预防接种医务人员有较高的推荐意愿。Objective To understand the vaccination staff＇s willingness in recommending charge vaccines for vaccination among children and its influencing factors in Dezhou city. Methods A total of 445 vaccination staff were selected in all counties with the simple random sampling method and were interviewed with a questionnaire survey, to analyze their basic situation, cognition of charge vaccines, willingness in recommending charge vaccines and its influencing factors. Results A total of 244 vaccination staff had willingness in recommending charge vaccines,accounting for 54.83 % Multivariate Lo- gistic analysis showed that the vaccination period（ OR = 0. 567）, service area（ OR = 0. 317）, cognition and attitude of charge vaccines（ OR = 0. 311）, the relation between vaccination and income（ OR = 3. 139） were influencing factors for vaccination staff willingness in recommending charge vaccines. If a charge vaccine was selected to be included in the immu- nization program, 238（52.36 %） of the vaccination staff＇s chose the varicella vaccine. Conclusion The vaccination staff＇s willingness in recommending charge vaccines is relatively high in Dezhou city. The longer the service, the urban area, the right cognition of charge vaccines and the relation between vaccination and income,the higher the willingness in recom- mending charge vaccines.
