摘  要:目的了解龙口市尘肺发病情况,为今后的职业健康监护工作提供科学依据和支持。方法对2011~2016职业健康查体中发现并经诊断机构诊断的尘肺病例进行分析。结果 2011~2016年新发尘肺人数分别为12、29、68、52、17、2例,共计180例;矽肺142例占78.89%,煤工尘肺14例占7.78%,铸工尘肺12例占6.67%,电焊工尘肺5例占2.78%,水泥尘肺1例占0.56%,其他尘肺6例占3.33%;Ⅰ期尘肺169例占93.89%,Ⅱ期尘肺8例占4.44%,Ⅲ期尘肺3例占1.67%;有色金属作业138例,发病率6.63%,煤炭业14例,发病率0.78%,建材5例占0.21%,其他行业6例,发病率0.14%,机械17例,发病率0.10%。结论龙口市最严重的尘肺病为矽肺、煤工尘肺,主要发生在矿山(有色金属、煤炭)作业。Objective To understand the incidence of pneumoconiosis in Longkou city,so as to provide scientific basis and support for future surveillance of occupational health. Methods Cases of pneumoconiosis detected in occupational health examination and diagnosed in a diagnosis institution during 2011-2016 were analyzed. Results During 2011-2016,pneu- moconiosis was newly diagnosed in 12 cases,29 cases,68 cases, 52 cases, 17 cases and 2 cases respectively, a total of 180 cases. There were 142 (78.89%) cases of silicosis,14 (7.78%) cases of coal workers" pneumoconiosis,12 (6.67%) cases of foundry workers" pneumoconiosis, 5 (2.78%) cases of welders" pneumoconiosis, 1 (0.56 %) case of cement workers' pneumoconiosis,and 6 (3.33%) cases of other pneumoconiosis. Stage I was detected in 169 (93.89%) cases,stage 11 in 8 (4.44%) cases,and stage III in 3 (1.67%) cases. Pneumoconiosis was diagnosed in 138 non-ferrous metal workers (in- cidence, 6.63%), 14 coal workers (incidence, 0. 78 %), 5 building material workers (incidence, 0.21 %), 17 machinists (in- cidence,0.10 %) and 6 other workers (incidence, 0.14%). Conclusion The most serious pneumoconiosis in Longkou city are silicosis and coal workers" pneumoconiosis,mainly occurring in mining (non-ferrous metal and coal) operations.
