摘　　要：目的了解泗洪县健康人群脊髓灰质炎(简称"脊灰")中和抗体水平,为及时制定免疫策略、维持无脊灰状态提供科学依据。方法 2014年9月采集泗洪县0~、1~、4~、10~、15~、≥20岁健康人群306人的血清306份,应用细胞中和实验法检测脊灰中和抗体。结果检测306血清标本,脊灰Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ型中和抗体阳性率分别为95.75%、96.40%、88.56%,Ⅰ~Ⅲ型GMT分别为1∶78.45、1∶43.65、1∶17.78。不同性别间抗体阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是各年龄组间抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别GMT差异均无统计学意义(FⅠ=0.29、FⅡ=1.99、FⅢ=3.36,P>0.05),但不同年龄抗体GMT(Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型)差异均有统计学意义(χ2=14.05、26.51、42.65,P<0.05)。结论宿迁市健康人群脊灰抗体阳性率和GMT均保持在较高水平,可形成了牢固的免疫屏障。Objective To understand the neutralized antibody level of poliomyelitis among the healthy population in Si- hong county,so as to provide scientific basis for timely making the immunization strategy and maintaining polio-free sta- tus Methods A total of 306 samples of sera were collected from 306 healthy people aged 0-, 1-, 4-, 10-, 15-and≥ 20）. The poliomyelitis antibody level was detected by cells neutralization test. Results A total of 306 samples of sera were detected,the neutralizing antibody positive rate for polio I ,II and III was 95.75 %, 96.40% and 88.56 %,the geometric mean antibody titer（ GMT ） was 1 ： 78.45,1 ： 43.65 and 1 ： 17.78. There were no significant differences in antibody lev- els between different genders（ P 〈0.05）. But there were significant differences in the neutralizing antibody positive rates between different age group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The poliomyelitis antibody positive rates and GMT still maintain a higher level among the healthy population in Sihong county,which can build a solid immune protective barrier.
