摘　　要：振兴江西赣南原中央苏区,2020年与全国同步实现小康意义重大。研究赣南苏区教育人力资本政策对农户人力资本投资行为的影响,结果表明,教育人力资本政策对赣南农户人力资本投资行为的影响各异。据此提出了政策建议:继续加大对赣南原中央苏区的教育投入,优化教育政策供给,实施精准教育扶贫;抓住经济发展不放松,着力提高农户收入;在赣南原中央苏区大力推进互联互通基础设施建设。It＇s significant to revitalize central soviet area of Jiangxi Gannan with achieving well-off by 2020. The fundamental measure is to develop the rural human resources in central soviet area of Jiangxi Gannan. This paper studies the impact of educational human capital policy on investment behavior farms＇human capital in central soviet area of Jiangxi Gannan, and put forward some recommendations： continuing to increase education investment, optimizing the supply of educational policy and to implement the precision education ; seizing the economic development to increase the income of farmers with lots of efforts ; to promote vigorously the building of interconnection and infrastructure in central soviet area of Jiangxi Gannan.
