摘　　要：本文利用陕西省相关数据,运用DEA测算陕西省工业产业产能,建立耦合协调度评价模型分析指出,总体上陕西省工业产业金融耦合度的提升有助于提高产业产能的综合利用效率,需要通过深化金融改革破解金融抑制,按照分类施策的原则提出促进金融化解过剩产能的具体措施。Basod on the relevant data of Shaanxi province, the paper applies DEA method to estimate the industrial capacity, and establishes a coupling coordinated degree evaluation model to make such analysis that on the whole the improvement of the financial coupling degree of Shaanxi＇s industry is helpful to improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of the industrial capacity. The pa- per finally puts forward some concrete measures such as deepening financial reform to break the financial repression and applying the principle of classification implementation to promote finance to resolve the excess capacity.
