摘 要:以涤纶、聚乙烯/聚丙烯并列复合纤维(ES纤维)及涤纶浆粕为原料,采用湿法成网、热轧加固工艺制备液体过滤材料,以涤纶含量、热轧温度、热轧时间为因素设计正交实验方案,设定材料面密度为100g/m^2左右,研究了各因素对过滤材料性能的影响。结果表明:热轧温度和涤纶含量分别对过滤材料的厚度和面密度的均匀性影响最大;热轧温度对过滤材料的强力影响最大,热轧时间影响最小,当涤纶质量分数为80%,热轧温度为165℃,热轧时间为4 min时,所制得的过滤材料的强力最大为258.0 N,所有过滤材料试样的强力均能满足对液体过滤材料的强力要求;当涤纶质量分数为60%,热轧温度为150℃,热轧时间为4min,过滤材料的过滤效率最高为91.9%,过滤精度为4μm,有效孔径O95最小为3μm。9种试样都能达到对粒径大于等于5μm的过滤精度,有效孔径O95均小于等于5μm。A liquid filtration material was prepared by using polyester fiber , polyethylene/polypropylene bicomponent fiber ( ES fiber) and PET fiber pulp as raw material by wet-laid and hot rolling processes .The orthogonal experiment was designed using polyester fiber content , hot rolling temperature and time as the factors .The effects of the factors on the properties of the filtration material were studied at the surface density of 100 g/m2 or so.The results showed that the hot rolling temperature and polyester fiber content gave the greatest effect on the thickness and surface density evenness of the filtration material ;the hot rolling tem-perature gave the greatest effect on the strength of the filtration material and the hot rolling time gave the least effect ;the strength of the filtration material was maximized as 258.0 N as the polyester fiber content was 80%by mass fraction, the hot rolling tem-perature 165 ℃and time 4 min;the strength of all the samples satisfied the requirement of liquid filtration material;and the fil-tration efficiency of the filtration material was maximized as 91.9%, the filtration precision was 4μm, and the effective aperture O95 was minimized as 3μm as the mass fraction of polyester fiber was 60%, the hot rolling temperature 150℃and time 4 min;and all the nine samples had the filtration precision for particle size not less than 5μm and effective aperture O 95 not higher than 5 μm.
