摘 要:以弧齿线圆柱齿轮为研究对象,在分析弧齿线圆柱齿轮加工工艺的基础上,利用UG/Open grip语言进行二次开发,实现了面向制造的弧齿线圆柱齿轮的参数化建模。借助ADAMS软件对不同齿线半径的弧齿线圆柱齿轮齿轮副进行动力学分析,揭示了齿线半径对弧齿线圆柱齿轮啮合力的影响规律,得到了弧齿线圆柱齿轮齿轮副平均啮合力随齿线半径的变化规律曲线。当齿线半径满足条件1.7b≤R≤2.3b时,弧齿线圆柱齿轮的平均啮合力达到最优。研究结果为弧齿线圆柱齿轮将来的设计及工程应用提供了理论依据。Taking the circular arc tooth trace (CATT) as a research object. Based on the analysis of the CATT cylindrical gear's processing technology, the secondary development of UG/Open grip language is used to help establish the 3-D parameter model of CATT cylindrical gear for manufacturing. And the dynamics analysis of the CATT cylindrical gears with different tooth line radius is completed with the aid of ADAMS software, which reveals the influence of the tooth line radius on meshing force of CATr cylindrical gear. Furthermore, the influence law curve of the tooth line radius on the average meshing force of CATr cylindrical gear is obtained, Which shows that if the tooth radius meets the condition (1.7b ≤ R ≤2.3b), the average meshing force of the CATr cylindrical gears will be an optimal solution.So the further design and industrial applications of the CATT cylindrical gear can be accomplished based on the result.
