摘 要:为了解决金刚石制品热压烧结机能耗过大与铜电极烧损等问题,对某型热压烧结机进行了实际能耗测试测量实验,确定了热压烧结机的能耗分布以及烧结体的温度场分布。根据实验结果,设计了一种新型薄层隔热导电复合节能构件。利用ANSYS软件分析了该构件对铜电极温度场的影响,仿真结果表明:增加复合构件后,铜电极的平均温度由66.04℃降低为59.79℃,降低了热压烧结机能耗;最高温度从85.9℃降低为76.5℃,可以消除铜电极烧损发生,达到了节能优化设计目标。To solve the problems of the excessive power consumption of the hot-pressing Sintering machine as well as the burn out of the copper electrode, a number of energy measurement experiments are conducted based on a hot pressing Sintering machine. The experiments find out the energy distributions of the machine and the temperature field of the Sintered body. A new kind of energy-saving electrical-conductive and adiabatic thin compound component is designed based on the experiment results. Simulation results show that: After stalling the component, the average temperature of copper electrode from 66.04℃ reduced to 59.79℃, reduced energy consumption of the Sintering machine. The maximum temperature of copper electrode reduced from 85.9℃ to 76.5℃, avoiding the burn out of copper electrode, achieve the goal of energy saving.
