摘 要:激光器广泛应用于通信、光学、医学等领域。针对目前激光系统在血液分析仪中的可靠性和稳定性要求越来越高的问题,提出一种基于FPGA的数字实时可调激光系统的设计方法。该方法充分利用FPGA自由编程优点,结合变阻器AD5160的数字可调特点,设计了稳定可靠的驱动电源电路。实验结果表明,数字可调激光电源供电时,上升时间小于5ms,FPGA控制电阻值稳定,电源模块稳压波形平滑,几乎无毛刺,实测纹波小于50mV。当激光电源断电时,电压缓慢平滑下降且可调,误差完全符合设计要求。目前,该数字可调激光系统已成功应用到五分类血液分析仪中。Laser system is widely used in communications, optics, medicine and other fields. In view of the requirement of high reliability and stability of the laser system in the blood analyzer, a design method of a digital real-time tunable laser system based on FPGA is put forward. The method moke full use of the advantages ofFPGA programmingfieedom, combined with Digital Rheostat AD5160 adjustable characteristics, stable and reliable driving power supply circuit is designed The experimental results show that the digital tunable laser power supply, the rise time is less than 5ms, FPGA control resistance value is stable, the power supply module voltage regulator waveform is smooth, almost no burr, measured ripple is less than 50mV. When the laser power outages, the voltage drop is slow and smooth and can be adjusted, and the error in full compliance with the design requirements. Currently, the digital tunable laser system has been successfully applied to the five classification blood analyzer.
