摘  要:针对国内外陆地钻井平台周边大功耗的输送方式,提出一种新型、高效便捷的提推式平台中部钻杆输送方案,主要对新方案中的上输钻杆机构进行研究。以ZJ70DB钻机为例,首先运用SolidWorks建立平台中部钻杆输送机的设备模型,通过MATLAB计算并验证上输机构中提升装置与推送装置的速度关系,确立提升与推送的动力输送方案;其次在ADAMS中模拟上输机构钻杆输送过程,并对提升装置和推送装置进行受力分析,根据分析结果优化上输机构中竖直猫道的倾角,解决钻杆输送过程中由惯性力引起的冲击振动问题。A iming at the high-power transportation mode around the land drilling platform at domestic and international work now,so a new efficient and convenient project was proposed firstly in lifting-pushing way in the middle of platform, and this article mainly studied pipe transporting mechanism of the conveying equipment.Taking ZJTODB drilling machine as an example., the equipment models were established in SolidWorks, the speed relation between the lifting device and the pushing device was calculated astd verified through MATLAB, with impetus plans between the two devices done. Then a transporting simulation was conducted in ADAMS to draw a stress analysis on the power units. According to the results of analysis,an optimization was given to the vertical guide on angle in transporting mechanism ,with the problems of vibration caused by inertia during transporting process solved.
