摘 要:摘通过将数字医学、CAD、逆向工程、3D打印等技术相结合,研究了手指屈肌腱损伤定制化支具的设计和制备方法。利用患者的CT扫描数据对受伤手臂进行三维重构,提取前臂皮肤数据设计固定于前臂的支具夹持部分;提取健侧手指部分的数据,通过图形镜像方式设计固定受伤的左手手指部分的支具结构;根据手部功能位的要求设计支具的腕部结构与手指部位的活动结构。对石膏绷带试样与3D打印的PLA(聚乳酸)支具试样进行了抗弯强度测试,对PLA试样进行了抗扭强度测试,实验结果表明3D打印的PLA试样的抗弯强度高于石膏绷带试样,而且抗扭强度也良好。利用三坐标测量仪对支具的3D打印模型进行了测量,并与三维CAD模型进行了对比。3D打印的支具佩戴方便,贴合效果、透气性及力学性能好,能有效的限制受伤手指的异常活动,可实现定期调整及配合早期功能锻炼。Studied on the design and fabrication method of the customized brace for flexor tendor injury which combine the digital medicine, CAD, reverse engineering and 3D printing was presented. CT data of the patient was used to reconstruct the three- dimensional model of the arm. The data of the forearm skin was extracted to design the clamping part of the brace. The data of the fingers of uninjured right hand was extracted and mirrored to design the structure of the brace of injured left har~ The structures of wrist and fingers of the brace were designed according to the requirements of the hand functional positior~ Three-point bending tests were done to contrast the flexural strength of the gypsum samples with that of PLA samples built with 3D printer, The torsional strength of the PLA material was measured by the torsion experiment, The experimental results showed that the flexural strength of PLA samples were better, and the torsional strength was also good. Three - dimensional coordinate measuring instrument was used to measure coordinate of model of the brace, and compared with The 3D CAD model. A customized brace for flexor tendor injury which have some advantages such as convenient wearing, good Mechanical properties, good bonding and good ventilation was built by FDM 3D printer. This customized brace can effectively limit the abnormal activities of the injured fingers, and can perform the regular adjustment of the brace, and combine with eaclyfunctional exercise.
